Can you copy/paste the error information by clicking on the bottom left icon in the error dialog? Paste that information on this ticket. This will give us an idea of what the exact error location is.
Sorry, but I didn’t receive this error after I restarted the ASTERA service. So, I cannot provide additional information at this time.
I see. In that case, I think this may have to do with your repository database exceeding the maximum size limit. This database is housed in SQL Server Compact Edition. You can delete old job information to make more space. To do that, open Job Manager for the Server and Delete old jobs.
If this happens again, then you may need to move your repository to SQL Server. We will be able to assist you with that.
