I came to the conclusion that this can be resolved using two approaches.
Either, we can change the “Scaling Factor” to a value that would solve our problem OR
In the patter properties panel make sure to check the “Floating Pattern” option which will capture the pattern no matter where it is located.
I would prefer the latter option since “Scaling Factor” is a trial and error based approach and may take slightly more time.

Hi @qaisar95_shah. Thanks for sharing the solution! I agree, using the Scaling Factor can be time consuming but it has worked for me generally.
