Failed to start job schedule job

We found attached error message from ‘Job Monitor’. No further scheduled job can be start. We tried to clean up the history records in ‘Job Monitor’, the scheduled job resume. If this is the reason, could you advise any setup we can control the auto purge the history records in ‘Job Monitor’ in order to free up the reserviced space automatically? And is there a way we can extend the reservice space in Job Monitor?
