Symptoms:
After installing Centerprise Integration Studio 2.0, once you select the checkbox for "Launch Centerprise Integration Studio" and click OK, the application may not launch.
Resolution:
This is a known issue, and may occur when you install Centerprise Integration Studio from a shared directory. To fix this issue, perform one of the following steps:
- Copy the installer executable file from the shared directory to your local machine and run the installation from there. Or,
- Launch the application from the Start menu once the installation steps are complete. Go to Start Menu>All Programs>Centerprise Integration Studio 2.0 to start the application.
