Symptoms:

While creating a repository, you may get the following error:
"Repository creation is not successful. You will not be able to login and use the repository."

Resolution:

You may receive the above error in the following cases:

1. You do not have the permissions to create a repository or database. In this case, contact your database administrator to obtain appropriate permissions.
2. The repository already exists. In this case, you need to manually delete the repository and/or create one with a different name.
